PROSESSING TIME

Our standard processing time for the majority of AMW Planner orders will be packed and ready for courier pickup within 7 business days or otherwise stated on announcement bar on the website.  Processing times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. You will receive your tracking information to the email or phone number you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 3 (three) business days for the provided tracking information to be updated.

SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders are shipped from Richmond, Virginia. All rates and transit times are reflective of this location.

U.S.DOMESTIC 

• Packages are delivered by USPS unless required otherwise upon checkout
• Free shipping of order of $50 and above. (USPS First Class Mail Only)
• Delivery time by USPS usually is 2-7 days from the time of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL

• International Shipping via USPS unless requested otherwise upon checkout
• The customer will be responsible for all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package. 
• After departure of U.S. deliver time will depend on local carrier in each county.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

AMW Planner is not responsible for delays in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers.

AMW Planner is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking information shows it has been delivered. 

If your package is sent back to AMW Planner for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

AMW Planner is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address. 

 

 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

 

Once a package is shipped, we rely on the same tracking information provided to a customer. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail.

In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow up to 5 business days for the delivery to arrive, then email orders@shopamwplanner.com for further assistance. We have seen many cases where tracking dictates delivered before being delivered. For most cases the packages show up within 2-3 days.

Please note that we are not required to replace your missing package.
