If you are not satisfied with your AMW Planner purchase for any reason, you have 10 days after delivery to initiate a return.

To make a return, To help expertise service, please include the reason for your return and any photographs of issues if applicable.

All return requests must be authorized by AMW Planner - unauthorized packages returned to us without approval will not be accepted.

 If your shipment is delivered to you in any damaged condition or if you are missing any part of your order, please notify us immediately at Please always include your email address used at checkout, your order number, and be sure to take and send photos with your email to customer service. Damage or missing claims made after three days of receipt may not be honored.

Returned products must be received in its original condition, free from any marks, scratches, or damage, and in its full original packaging, this includes any items that may have arrived in original package. Used items will not be refunded or credited.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

For orders that received free shipping upon purchase, original shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund. Any items kept and not returned, will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are only allowed for products purchased at full price from Please provide your order number and email address used to place an order.

A return package must be shipped within 21 days from the date return label provided. Once we receive item(s) back, we will inspect products to ensure all items are in original, unused condition with original packaging. Once these criteria are met, your refund will be issued.  This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return was received in our facility.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned include:

  • Personalized products
  • Gift Cards
  • Discounted or sales products
  • Subscription Boxes or any items included in subscription Box
  • Digital products
  • Digital products
  • Orders shipped more than 10 days ago
  • Items that have been used
  • Unauthorized returns
  • Items that are described as non-refundable in product description
